2017
Before Peachscore
The Beginning
Alex Mojtahedi joined Plug and Play, Silicon Valley's most active investor and an early investor in companies like Google, PayPal, Dropbox and 25 other unicorns. While managing a $10M fund there, he invested in 18 startups that collectively reached a market cap of over $650M.
With a master's in Computer Science and over a decade in entrepreneurship and investment, Alex noticed that only ~250 startups out of tens of thousands received funding and key resources at Plug and Play each year, leaving many founders underserved.
Peachscore Founded
The Mission
Driven to change this, Alex left to launch Peachscore. Plug and Play's founders, recognizing his vision, became major shareholders to support this mission.
Peachscore was founded to democratize access to funding, education, networking, and essential resources for founders at scale.
Today
Global Impact
Since then, Peachscore has grown into the largest data-driven acceleration platform in the world, empowering startups and SMBs with support comparable to top-tier accelerator programs.
In 2024, Peachscore partnered and co-branded the platform with multiple large organizations, including Dealum, the world's largest angel group community, to further expand its impact.

By 2030, our goal is to change the lives of1,000,000startup founders.
