Real Conversations, Real Connections: Peachscore’s CEO Joins TCVN’s “Investor Dating Game” During LA Tech Week

The startup journey begins with an idea, but it’s the right conversations that turn that idea into growth. Few organizations champion those conversations like TCVN (Tech Coast Venture Network), a cornerstone of the Orange County startup ecosystem. For decades, TCVN has hosted bi-monthly events that move beyond theory, offering founders practical guidance on every stage of building a company, from legal and financial strategy to marketing and scaling. Now, as part of LA Tech Week, TCVN is bringing that same spirit of connection to one of its most anticipated sessions: The Investor Dating Game, an interactive, high-energy event where investors and founders meet face-to-face for real, unfiltered dialogue.

We’re proud to share that Alex Mojtahedi, CEO and Founder of Peachscore, has been invited to serve as one of the event’s judges and round hosts. A serial entrepreneur, investor, and builder of data-driven ecosystems, Alex understands both sides of the table. He’s pitched, raised, invested, and built, and he knows that authentic engagement often matters more than polished presentations.

In The Investor Dating Game, each round spotlights three founders who present their vision to a panel of investors for a focused ten-minute Q&A. At the end, the investor chooses one founder for a 1:1 “investor date”, a chance for deeper conversation and potential funding, while the others leave with prizes, feedback, and new connections. By keeping each round intimate, the event ensures every founder is heard, giving entrepreneurs a rare opportunity to build trust and understand how investors truly think.

This year’s Investor Dating Game takes place on October 16, 2025, from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM, hosted at OneDigital (7755 Irvine Center Dr, 5th Floor, Irvine, CA 92618, USA).
