Peachscore Startups Shine at TechCon SoCal 2026

The physical execution of a venture framework is where the true strength of an innovation ecosystem is proven, and last week, TechCon SoCal 2026 put that reality on absolute display. When over 1,000 attendees, 100+ institutional investors, and 50+ strategic enterprise partners descended upon San Diego State University, it quickly became clear this was not just another corporate tech gathering. Instead, the campus transformed into a high-velocity epicenter for global tech, shifting the conversation entirely away from speculative industry hype and directing it toward real-world deployment.

Walking the exhibition floor, you could feel a distinct energy from the massive crowds, packed pavilions, and constant networking taking place at every single booth. It was an incredible environment to navigate, but for Peachscore, the absolute highlight of the entire week was the opportunity to catch up, share a laugh, and connect with so many of our cohort founders face-to-face. Seeing our community stand side-by-side in person was incredibly rewarding, and it served as a powerful reminder that the absolute best venture outcomes, from early introductions to long-term partnerships, fundamentally stem from these strong, personal connections.

Amidst this vibrant environment, we also had the distinct pleasure of presenting Peachscore graduate Taylor Meadows, CPA, CEO of CodeROI, with his official Peachscore Startup Award. This honor recognizes the exceptional commercial milestones Taylor has achieved since graduating from our accelerator. His relentless post-program execution has unlocked massive compounding success, recently culminating in CodeROI being named AI Tech Startup of the Year 2025 at the AI Marketing World Conference and successfully closing a $4M Seed round. Taylor perfectly embodies the elite trajectory we aim to foster.

This energy culminated naturally on the main stage during the flagship Startup Innovation Showcase Finals, where the collaborative momentum built throughout the event turned into high-stakes, real-time validation. Out of the final seven startups selected to pitch live in front of global venture capitalists, we extend our congratulations to TRL11 for taking home the title of official winner of the TechCon SoCal 2026 Startup Innovation Showcase. It was an exceptionally elite field, making us all the more proud that Peachscore cohort members were represented brilliantly by Dennis Kambeitz (EZ-Robot), Patrick Bishop (ReRoute Americas), Jerry Yen (BioMetal Health), and Andrea (Annie) Muñoz (My Village Innovations / MVI Medical). The cohort’s collective strength was further cemented by Muñoz, who secured the $25,000 Investment Award from Emmeline Ventures, proving the immense commercial promise of scaling within our network.

Building an infrastructure capable of launching global founders at this scale requires immense alignment, and Peachscore is incredibly proud to be an official partner of TechCon SoCal. The Startup Innovation Showcase, a multi-stage pitch competition that began last fall, was powered by Peachscore and Dealum, creating a pathway for high-potential founders to gain visibility and access to investors. Peachscore Co-Founder and COO Peyman Shahmirzadi contributed to the event as a member of the startup selection committee, while Founder and CEO Alex Mojtahedi took the stage as a featured speaker, sharing insights with founders, investors, and industry leaders. TechCon SoCal 2026 was more than a technology conference.
